(Things you should do and not do while bowling)
DO
*Give the bowlers on the lane next to you the 'right of way'.  If someone is on
the approach, wait until they are done throwing their ball before you start.
*Be polite.  Everyone deserves to have a good time while bowling.
*Keep your hands out of the ball return. It is dangerous
*Respect all equipment as if it was your own property.
*Stay behind the foul line.  The lanes are oiled and if you cross the line oil will
get on your shoes and you will track it back and you or someone else may fall.
(where the gutters start).
*Refrain from using abusive language or obscene gestures.
*Keep food and drinks in designated ares.
*Be ready when it is our turn to bowl.
*Return your bowling ball to the rack and return your bowling shoes to the
counter.
DON'T
*Talk to bowlers that are in the middle of throwing their ball.
*Forget to pay for your bowling.
Don't insult or use profanity.
*Don't allow your children to run around the bowling alley,
or go down on the lanes where people are bowling -
or excessive yelling and screaming. This disrupts other bowlers.
*Use another bowlers equipment.
*Don't loft the ball, it hurts your game and damages the lane.
(throwing your ball and it hits halfway down the lane.
You can usually hear a 'lofter' by the loud bang the ball makes)
*Don't wear street shoes in the bowling area.
GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!!!!
